Planning
Phase
TVM Productions performs a
site survey and attends meetings
with client personnel to establish
the technology needs and requirements
for the event. We will look
over the technology specifications
and pricing assuring that
the correct equipment is selected
as well as the proper pricing
for equipment rentals.
Event
Phase
A TVM Productions representative
will be onsite at your event
to serve as Production Manager
to assure that your event
goes as planned. The Production
Manager will verify that the
requested equipment is in
the correct room. The Production
Manager will also serve as Technical Lead during your show to assure that everything runs smooth during your event. We
will make recommendations
according to your needs. We
stay abreast of the latest
advancements in Audio Visual
Technologies so that you can
have a meeting that stands
out amongst the rest.
Post Production
Phase
TVM Productions will be available
to assist in your post conference
wrap ups. We will assist you
in looking over your all aspects
of the audio visual portion
of your event. We will also
make suggestions to help you
prepare for your next event.
